I INTRODUCED MY WEIRDNESS TO MY MUSIC – JEBA (BIOGRAPHY)

Born Of Togolese-Nigerian in Ile Pako, Orile, Lagos State. Abraham Noble Godwin known by his stage name JEBA grew up in Obadore, Igando, Lagos State where he learnt to speak Yoruba. He also lived in Amaokpara Nkwerre L.G.A Imo State where he learnt to speak Igbo. He later relocated to FESTAC town, Amuwo Odofin Lagos State where he currently lives.

Jeba practically started singing at the tender age of 5, when he sings in midst of large audience in his primary school. He later joined the choir in church.

On November 5th 2016,he recorded his first song titled ‘THE CALL’ After which he did ‘MAMA BORN BOY’, ‘AFURUGINAYA’, ‘WEEKEND’ which is the fourth and then the anticipated ‘PARADISE’.

Abraham Noble’s music urge was influenced by icons like ASA, 2face, LABAJA and few others. He is keen to point out that everything he listens to directs his musical development in some way. However, the song PARADISE provides a combination of his mellow vocals with a rhythmic undercurrent.

In 2017 JEBA went for a music competition organized Wazobiafm very own “Ratata“.
The competition was tittled “as it is wrriten”. The condition of the comeptition was to rehearse with a band and with the help of his acting manager he was able to organize a band called THE CHORDINATORS.

THE CHORDINATORS are living proof that raw talent, ambition and honesty can prevail in an ailing music industry. What else would explain a blossoming career that has found almost enough of a national fan base.
By aligning their unwavering dedication to the band,JAZZYSAM– guitarist,EBI– guitarist, EMEKA– drummer, SAMMYFLOW– trumpeter, GOODYSAX– saxophonist, EFE– keyboardist, NORA– backup, and ofcourse JEBA who happens to be the singer and also the founder of CHORDINATORS.

All of these people have helped to define the landscape of afrojazzy, classic and afropop.

As time went on they kept hitting shows and performing together. However, The CHORDINATORS are looking forward to giving more to fans.
